We use the information we collect to operate and improve the platform, personalise your experience, match creators with brands, facilitate secure payments through escrow, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important updates and offers.

We share limited information when it's essential for a collaboration to happen — for example, sharing a creator's profile with a brand they've applied to work with, or sharing a brand's proposal with a creator.

We also share information with trusted third parties who help us operate the platform, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics services. These parties are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, our team, or the public.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, financial and regulatory obligations. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax and payment records).

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you. You can also object to or restrict how we process your data in certain cases, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

MyCollabCircle is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your information may be processed and stored in India, where our servers are located. If you access the platform from outside India, please be aware that your information may be transferred, stored and processed here. By using the platform, you consent to this transfer.
